Where do you ship?

At this time, we are only shipping within the 50 United States. Please note that shipping will be calculated at checkout.

When will I recieve my order?

Please be advised that all orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. Holidays and weekends are excluded. Any orders placed during holidays or weekends will be processed will be processed the following business day. Once processed, tracking information will be available to track your package. All orders should arrive within 5-8 business days after processing.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes or cancel your order. If you notice any errors in your shipping address or would like to request a cancellation, please email us at info@adnilhijabco.com. Please contact us as early as possible. Please note that we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations to your order once it has been placed.

Do you accept returns?

We have a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. We only accept returns if the items were recieved damaged or if you recieved the incorrect item or color.

To start a return, please contact us at info@adnilhijabco.com. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to respond to your return inquiry. Please state the reason for your return and provide pictures for damaged or incorrect items. If your return meets our requirements and is accepted, we will provide you with return labels and detailed instuctions. Please follow the return instructions carefully in order to insure items are returned correctly and for a refund to be processed.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds will typically take about 10-14 business days to be processed. Please note thatsome banks and credit card companies may take longer to process refunds.

In order to recieve a refund, your items must qualify for our return requirements. Please review our refund policy for more information.

Are colors as accurate as the picture provided?

Please note that we do our best to ensure that our photos are as true as the color displayed on our items. However, due to the use of various monitors, lighting, photography, and variations, we cannot guarantee that the color you see in the images displayed portrays the true color of the product. Colors are not always accurate to what they appear. We apologize for any inconcenience.
